Enrico Pavan has been a consultant and trainer for 15 years, specialised in Digital Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation. In 2016 he founded Analytics Boosters, a vertical company in Digital Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation.

He has worked for various Italian and international big players in multiple industries, such as finance, retail, travel, gambling, luxury, fashion and both B2B and B2C.

A speaker at important events related to digital analytics, big data & e-commerce sales strategies, in the first few months of 2014, he was nominated "Practitioner of the Year", while in 2015 and 2016 he was nominated in the category of "Digital Analytics Rising Star" and "Most Influential Industry Contributor" in the annual "Excellence Awards Competition" organized by the Digital Analytics Association (DAA).

In 2017 and 2018 he became one of the DAA’s 10 "Top Practioners". He is the author of Marketing Analytics, published by Henry Stewart Publications in February 2015 and May 2018.
