Silvia Cantarella has 15 years of Revenue Management experience spent mostly at Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Area Director of Revenue, at the helm of the most important luxury hotels between Florence and Venice. She was involved in projects focused on hotel rebranding, openings and repositioning and she introduced total revenue management at the first hotel in Italy. In 2017, she left the world of chains to complete her experience in the world of Independent Hotels for which he currently works.
She is the founder of Revenue Acrobats and freelance consultant for mainly 4- and 5-star hotels, with which she carries out remote support and coaching projects, or works with dedicated teams based on the specific project.
She participates as a speaker at workshops and training events with Ca Foscari University of Venice, CISET, Bocconi School of Management – MFB (Master in Food & Beverage), EBIT (Bilateral Tourism Industry Institution), Confindustria Hoteliers Venice, ITS Tourism, ASCOM, Hotel Revenue Forum.
In 2019, she became co-founder of Profiter, an innovative start-up company that, through predictive intelligence, aims to increase the profit of hotels in the distribution of rooms to online channels, through a non-inclusive allocation of the inventory.
