She is responsible for integrated digital tourism-culture Ecosystem in the Puglia Region, the digital tools of the destination and the digital services of the DMS.
She contributed to the creation of SIRTur, the regional tourist information system, defining its architecture, distribution and circularity of information.
Coordinator of Innovation for the Puglia365 Strategic Tourism Plan, she deals with data acquisition projects from external sources, sentiment analysis and travel experience design.
By lending mathematics to communications, she studies models and solutions for optimising the management of time, space and resources, a goal pursued in all the areas in which she has worked: high schools, consultancy and communications agencies, public institutions, small and medium-sized businesses.
