Rai - Radio
Besides being a radio-television presenter, Quaranta also writes programs. Since 2003 he has been conducting Decanter on Rai Radio2 with Tinto (Nicola Prudente).
With Tinto he has been producing food and wine television reports for Linea Verde Orizzonti on Rai 1 since 2005.
In 2008, it entered the Guinness World Records thanks to an exceptional record-breaking Flûte: 2.05 metres high, 58 centimetres in diameter, on a stem just 3 centimetres in diameter, filled for the occasion of Asti Spumante DOCG.
In 2009, again together with Tinto (Nicola Prudente), he conducted the programme "Magica Italia, Turismo e Turisti" which aired on Sunday morning on Rai 1.
Since 2012 he is on air on La7 with a food and wine program, Fuori di gusto (of which he is also the author). He is accompanied in presenting the show by Vladimir Luxuria and Tinto Nicola Prudente.
Since 2013 he has been on Rai 1 with La prova del cuoco and Linea Verde Orizzonti.
From 2 June 2014 he has been presenting, with Eleonora Daniele, the third live edition of Estate.
In 2015 2016 and 2017 he conducted ten episodes of La prova del Cuoco, replacing Antonella Clerici for health and professional reasons.
