Associate Professor of European Legal Roots in the University of Gastronomic Sciences, I graduated in Turin and got my PhD. in Ferrara.
In my University, I have been Deputy Dean and currently I’m the Convenor of the Master Program in Wine Culture and Communication and the Master Program in Food Culture Communication and Marketing. I’m also the delegate of the Dean to Academic Relations with Partners and Companies.
My fields of research are the history of institutes as well as food law.
I’ve published foour books and some dozens articles.
Currently, I’m columnist for L’Informatore Agrario and Vite & Vino, prominent technical magazines for farmers and winemakers in Italy.
Married, three children, I devote my free time to strumming an electric guitar and working in the vineyards of my wife’s wine company, Cascina Melognis.
