Erika’s lean & growth managerial model has led the start-up to quadruple its turnover every year since its foundation, setting new business rules for the tourism industry in general and tour operators in particular.
Since October 2019 she has been Managing Director of WeRoad and is leading it towards scale-up and internationalisation.
