Since 2009 I have been the marketing director of Roadhouse, a chain that to date has 151 restaurants.

I have contributed to an important development of the brand in terms of openness and awareness: in ten years Roadhouse has entered a lot of new areas and continues to acquire new customers. Our greatest success, however, was to become a lovemark. The result of creating a fanbase, building involvement and loyalty, by using progressive fan profiling to establish a dialogue with our customer base, which over time has become a community of loyal Roadhouse customers who actively participate in the life of the brand and drive change.

Backed by the involvement of our customers, the new challenge will be to design an even more modern and innovative Roadhouse Experience.
