I am a 360° immersive content specialist and, since 2014, a certified Google Street View photographer. In 2015, I created the first Italian tourism promotion project, based on Google Maps and Street View technology.
Since that day, I have been working every day to improve this type of project, exporting it to 3 continents, and integrating it with panoramic aerial photography.
With my company, KMedia SAS, in 2017, we mapped Albania completely and, thanks to that project, we were invited as speakers to the 2017 Google Street View Summit in Tokyo, Japan, where I made a speech on tourism promotion tours for large areas. We were then invited, again as speakers, to the 2018 Google Street View Summit in Mountain View, California, at the historical Google headquarters, presenting our project fulfilled on the island of Elba, which was, in fact, the first in the world to have achieved systematic mapping of an entire island. This experience was repeated in 2019, at the 2019 Google Street View Summit in London, where we presented #ProjectZanzibar.
The Zanzibar project also took us to speak at the 2019 IVRPA summit in Belfast and at State Of The Map Africa 2019 and Google 4 Africa 2019.
We are 360° video camera testers for Google and Insta360, one of the world’s largest immersive video camera manufacturers.
In 2015, we were recognised as drone pilots for critical scenarios.
