I work in tsm-Trentino School of Management, in Trento, where I have been involved for more than 10 years in training and research in tourism.
My work consists in facilitating meaningful learning opportunities for people working together, making knowledge useful and usable to improve learning processes at individual and organizational level, finding creative solutions to organizational problems and complex challenges of companies and territories, interpreting characteristics and signals of the economic and social context and transforming them into value, supporting organizational actors in defining self-efficacy and self-development pathways.
