Innovation is a continuous path. Companies need support on their way along this path and this is where my work originates.
My goal is to facilitate innovation, accompanying organisations with approaches that are able to involve people and generate new skills.
This also happens by teaching people to use unconventional methods and tools, in order to succeed in solving problems and improve the management of daily and non-daily activities.
In particular, I deal with Business Design & Innovation, carrying out both training and design. The main areas of activity are: Business Model Innovation, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, Open-Innovation and Creative Problem Solving, mainly provided through the use of LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
