Director Human Resources Hilton Italy
Fausto Ciarcia is the Human Resources Director for Hilton hotels in Northern and Central Italy, namely Aleph Rome Curio Hotel, La Bagnaia Golf&Spa Resort Siena, Hilton Milan, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice, Rome Cavalieri and Hilton Lake Como, with approximately 1,400 employees.
He graduated from the University La Sapienza of Rome in Economics and Commerce, and then specialised in the field of labour law, with enrolment in the Register of Labour Consultants of Rome.
After 2 years of experience as a teacher of technical subjects at vocational colleges and working as a Labour Consultant, he started at Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel first in the finance department and then continued his career as head of the hotel’s payroll department.
He held the position of Personnel Director at Rome Cavalieri from 2005 to 2014, when he acquired greater responsibility by becoming HR manager of the six Hilton hotels in Italy.
Thanks to his support and guidance, the Hilton team in Italy has won the Great Place to Work Italy award for more than once, in the large company category.
He has always stood out for his commitment to the professional growth of new talents within the company and for the implementation within the hotels of innovative work tools and what is necessary to give the necessary support to local communities.
