As a consultant with a serial entrepreneurial tendency, Jacopo has been involved in business process innovation since 2003, when he created his first company.
While his second and third companies were emerging, he worked on software development processes for eBay Italy for a few years and was a member of the European Organization Design Forum until 2015.
The latest book he has published is "Extreme Contracts: work knowledge from negotiation to collaboration".
He loves sailing, gliding and going on long journeys away from everything.
