Since May 1999, Luciano Scauri has been carrying out Consulting activities. He is specialised in Hotel Revenue Management and also follows time-based projects.
He enters companies to conduct projects and programmes that the employees in the workforce cannot embrace. When companies need to undertake a programme of updating, training, or operational development but do not have the time or resources, Luciano intervenes, proposing a project to the management or owners, after analysing the status.
Luciano Scauri boasts international collaborations with large groups such as Four Seasons, Hilton, Boscolo Hotels, Cigahotels, and others of undisputed prestige such as the Ritz Hotel in Paris and the Hotel De Paris in Montecarlo as well as historic hotels such as the Hotel Dei Cavalieri in Milan. More recently, several small Local Hotel companies have also been added to his portfolio.
He has several hotel openings to his credit and is specialised in the area of Revenue Management, a discipline for which he holds national conferences at industry events and Master’s degree courses at the University of Bologna BBS, University of Pisa, Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples and the IULM in Milan. He is a lecturer of reference at the IATH International Academy of Tourism & Hospitality. He is a lecturer of reference for STR & RES in Italy for the preparation for the CHIA Certificate. He holds the annual Master’s degree course in Revenue Management & CHIA Certificate in Milan.
His Core Business is the optimisation of revenues also through the management of distribution, contracts, commercial agreements, marketing, advertising, development, sales, Large Customers, Concept and Communication for Hotels and Hotel Chains and Customers of SKL International Consulting.
