Food Expert
I would have liked to be an architect, but then something completely different happened.
I work with food: I observe it, I cook it and, above all, I eat it and write about it.
I collaborate with La Repubblica and Gambero Rosso.
I have written and produced various video formats, video stories and documentaries including Food Makers (for the English-speaking market). I also have a film to my credit, as protagonist and co-author, "Alla Salute" (To Your Good Health), (Lifetales Award and Audience’s Choice Award at the Biografilm Festival 2018 – International Celebration of Lives; Human Rights Film Festival Award 2018; Top Film at the Toronto HotDocs 2019 "Made in Italy" section), directed by Brunella Filì and can now be seen on the LaEffe SKY135 channel.
I am a communicator and speaker and put together Food, Visual Arts, Music and Cinema, because I believe in the world of Multipotentiality.
I like international airports, trains, taxis and hotels. In cities, I usually visit the best restaurants and the worst bars. I don’t like offal and I don’t use Twitter (any longer).
