Director of Digital Guest Experience Middle East and Africa Marriott International
Simone has a strong iT and Operation background and works in hospitality industry since 2000 when he joined Micros as Project Manager. Simone joined Marriott in 2002 as Cluster Systems Manager in his home country, Italy and then moved to Marriott European Regional Office in 2007 as Area Director IT Eastern Europe.
From 2012 to 2015 Simone led Western and Central Europe IT Filed Support working on several projects and getting closer to Operations.
His affinity for technology and passion for Hospitality Operations brought Simone to Mobile Guest Experience in 2015, as Director of Guest Experience & Mobility Operations for Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Simone continued his journey in 2018 by moving to Dubai as Director of Digital Guest Experience & CRM Operations and is now leading MEA Continent strategy for CRM and Digital Guest Experience.
