She is Manager of the Operations and Maintenance Service (consisting of 70 staff and technicians, overseeing approximately 1350 properties), responsible for the:
– direction, coordination and control of the Service;
– achievement of Public Administration objectives;
– human resources management;
– management of economic and instrumental resources;
– management and evaluation of the Service’s staff;
– organisation and optimisation of internal processes.

As Manager of the Operations and Maintenance Service, she is responsible for implementing the tasks and objectives set out by the Administration in the programmatic mandate and financial planning, coordinating, for this purpose, the management and maintenance activities of the building and plant engineering of the internal assets owned by the Municipality of Florence: school buildings (nursery schools, kindergartens, primary and lower secondary schools, high schools, vocational training centres); offices (municipal, including Palazzo Vecchio and judicial, including the Palace of Justice); cemeteries; markets; cooking centres and refectories; historical-cultural buildings (museums, palaces and villas, libraries, churches and convents); entertainment buildings (theatres, including the Parco della Musica, cinema); non-residential heritage; social facilities and assisted residences; gardens and green areas; fountains and fountains (road and high quality); underpasses (road and pedestrian); sports complexes (centres, playgrounds, gyms, bowling alleys).
