Simone Russo is the founder of Immodrone, an innovative company specialising in tourism and real estate marketing that makes emotional videos with drones and promotes them online thanks to the power of artificial intelligence.
After a diploma in France and a degree at Bocconi University, he has lived in Switzerland and worked in Australia, experiences that have forged an international experience. This gave him the idea of developing an "Uber" of drones, a network of more than 1500 pilots distributed throughout Italy to make everything from a simple video of a farm holiday to a movie commercial for large hotel chains.
Immodrone is official partner for the tourism promotion of Best Western Italia, Dimore Storiche, Federalberghi and Chamber of Commerce of Turin, for which it develops digital campaigns with millions of views.
Through the eyes of its drones, Immodrone describes Italy and its tourist facilities from a new perspective and guarantees digital promotion thanks to sophisticated "machine learning" software developed in Silicon Valley.
He has made his passion his work and innovation his DNA, so much so that in 2015 he was awarded by Wired as one of Italy’s most promising entrepreneurs under 35, while in 2019 Forbes included him in the Top 100 young leaders of the future and in the Top 3 of Consumer Technology.
