Starting with the domestic situation, we will look at what has been achieved in Scotland, with the distilleries and the integrated project for "The year of food & drink" and, in the city of Bordeaux in France, with the Citè du Vin Museum, which attracts nearly 500,000 visitors every year.
A panel that, based on digital promotion, creativity, tradition and technology, will allow us to make a comparison with important international examples, from which we can draw inspiration.
