Food, the ambassador for Italy in the world
Our cuisine is often associated not only with quality, traditions and well-being, but also with the very essence of Italianness. However, situations evolve and other countries, with targeted strategies, are growing.
What is the perception abroad today? Do we know the best way to exploit the potential of our food & wine also with respect to tourism? What is the link between products, food and tourism, what are the conditions to strengthen it and what are the conditions for communicating it?
We will address these and other questions with three highly prestigious panellists representing very different contexts (media, research and production).
