We will share experiences and interests about destination management and we will define the role and scope of action of the Destination Managers and the possibilities for collaboration with local administrations. We will talk about how to map these professionals and the potential interest in and value of a programme of training/qualification/certification that would lead to the creation of a specific Professional Register.
