The panel’s specific theme focuses on the digital image of Tuscany seen via the web (with Booking, Google and WeChat data and interventions), with an intervention by Intesa San Paolo with data on the hotel offer and then an intervention by FST on the Visit Tuscany channels, with some numbers and evolutionary projects and TPT speaking in general about the tourism promotion strategy of the coming months and, in particular, about promotion through social media channels. In addition, there is a speech by Albino Caporale with a presentation of the investigation into the level of digitisation of Tuscan tourism businesses.
